How We Work Together
A quick, plain-language overview of what's included in each plan, what we'll need from you, and how we make sure you end up with something you're happy with. No fine-print traps — just clear expectations so the project runs smoothly for both of us.
How our projects run
Once you choose a plan and share your materials, we get started. Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on getting what we need from you (content, photos, logins) and on timely feedback during the project. The faster we hear back from you, the faster your site goes live.
What we'll need from you
To build your site, we'll ask you to provide:
- Your business information and service details — the facts about your business. We'll organize, format, and lightly polish the wording; you provide the raw information.
- Photos, logos, and images you'd like us to use (for galleries, portfolios, and branding). If you don't have professional photos, we'll work with what you have or use suitable stock/AI-generated images where a plan includes them.
- Working contact details and accounts — phone number, WhatsApp, and any Google or social accounts we'll be setting up or connecting, plus access when needed.
We build; you provide the raw materials. This keeps the project moving and the result accurate to your business.
What "included" means — plan details
We want you to know exactly what each item covers, so there are no surprises.
- Pages. A "page" is a distinct section of your site (Home, Services, Contact, etc.). Plans list a page range (for example, "up to 3 pages" or "7 to 15 pages"); the final number within that range is agreed at the start of the project based on your services.
- Content and copy. We write clean, professional wording based on the information you give us. Full copywriting from scratch — such as long articles or blog content — isn't part of the website plans.
- Local SEO foundations. This means we set up your site's technical basics correctly so search engines can properly read and understand it — optimized titles, descriptions, and local-business markup. It gives you a solid foundation, but it is not a guarantee of a specific ranking, position, or amount of traffic. Search results depend on Google and on factors outside any provider's control.
- Logo cleanup (where included). We refine, tidy, or improve your existing logo — cleaning it up, adjusting colors, or making it web-ready. This is not a full custom brand or a brand-new logo designed from scratch.
- Google Business Profile, Search Console, and account setups. We set these up and configure them properly. Some steps rely on the platforms themselves (Google's verification, for example) and on your granting access — timelines for those steps are set by Google, Meta, or the platform, not by us.
- AI-enhanced business images (where included). These are custom images generated or enhanced with AI for use on your website. They are marketing visuals, not professional photography of your actual location.
- Starter social media posts (where included). A one-time set of initial posts to help you get going. Ongoing social media management isn't part of the website plans.
- Onsite review widget (where included). A section that displays your reviews on your own site. It uses a review-display tool; the standard setup uses a free option, and any optional premium upgrade would be a separate, clearly discussed cost.
Revisions and the redesign guarantee
We want you happy with the result, and we've made that concrete:
If the first version misses the mark, we'll do one full redesign, plus up to two refinement rounds to get the details right.
To keep this fair and clear:
- A refinement round means adjustments to the work we already agreed on — wording, colors, layout tweaks on the agreed pages.
- Adding a new page, a new feature, or changing direction after you've approved it is new work, not a refinement, and would be quoted separately.
This way you're never stuck with something you don't like — and the scope stays clear for both of us.
Third-party services and costs
Some services run on outside platforms with their own fees. Costs for domain names, Google Workspace (business email), and any optional premium tools are billed directly to your own card and remain your responsibility. We'll always tell you before anything like this comes up.
What you own
Your website and your content are yours. If we set up accounts or profiles for you, the full login credentials are handed over to you on request — no lock-in, no hostage situations, no fees to get your own accounts. You're never trapped.
About results
We build you a professional, properly set-up online presence — the foundation that helps customers find and trust you. What we don't do is promise a specific number of leads, sales, rankings, or visitors, because those depend on your market, your responsiveness to customers, and platforms we don't control. We give you a strong starting line; we can't promise where the race finishes.
Payment
Plan prices are one-time project fees for the work described. Ongoing maintenance, updates, and monthly services (if you choose them) are separate and optional.
*This is a plain-language summary of how we work. Have a question about anything here? Just ask before you buy — we'd rather be clear up front.
